CROSSFIT ICENI PROGRAM - BLOCK 3 WEEK 1
Now the Crossfit Open is done and out of the way it's back to training as normal. Loved seeing you all push yourselves over the past 5 weeks. The whole point in testing ourselves is not to see how we rank against one another, (well maybe a little) but to see how we can improve ourselves. And thats exactly what i want you to think about during the next few weeks. How do I get better at what I struggle with? Did you struggle with the barbell work? the gymnastic? Or just you cardio fitness? Set yourself some goals and then hunt them down like animals.
